Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $225,000–$300,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
Compensation Structure: 33%–35% of collections
Ownership Path: Opportunity to acquire ownership as soon as you’re ready
Mentorship: Formal mentorship, informal guidance, and practice management support
Full-time Position with some schedule flexibility

The Opportunity

As an Associate Dentist at Affinity Dental Care, you will have autonomy and responsibility while working in a supportive, patient-focused practice. You’ll provide a wide range of dental procedures including:

Root canals, crowns, and bridges
Dentures and partials
Extractions and implants
Cosmetic dentistry
Dental evaluations and consultations
Invisalign treatments in collaboration with Evenly Orthodontics

Schedule & Environment

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Manage your own schedule with some flexibility
Work in a collaborative team environment focused on patient care and professional growth

Technology

Digital X-rays including NOMAD units
3D imaging
Laser dentistry
Electronic health records
Patient communication system
