Compensation: 35% of collections
Expected Earnings: $300,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day

The Opportunity:
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule and a consistently busy pediatric patient flow. Typical hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM, with partial hours/days considered for new associates.

Scope of Care:

All pediatric procedures, including stainless steel crowns (SSC), pulpotomies, and sedation cases

Technology & Support:

Three surgical suites under construction for advanced sedation procedures
Modern dental technology supporting high-quality care and efficiency

Mentorship & Growth:

Mentorship available for new grads or those transitioning
Clear path to partnership for motivated candidates

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed pediatric dentist (residency completed; board certification preferred)
Clinically confident and skilled with pediatric patients
Excellent rapport with children and parents
Team-oriented, positive, and communicative
Interested in long-term growth within the practice
