Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $150,000–$250,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $700

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule and consistently busy patient flow. The associate will work:

Monday 8am–5pm
Tuesday 8am–6pm
Wednesday 8am–5pm
Thursday 9am–2pm
Optional Fridays/Saturdays available if desired

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

Fillings, crowns/bridges, dentures, root canals, and extractions
Molar endodontics and implant placement a plus but not required

You’ll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:

CBCT, digital X-rays, 3D printer, EHR

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

An experienced dentist seeking autonomy and earnings
A motivated dentist with 1+ year of experience or completion of AEGD/GPR looking to grow quickly with support

There is no formal partnership track, but associates have opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive practice.

A licensed general dentist (or eligible)
Minimum 1 year of work experience or completion of AEGD/GPR
Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented
Strong communicator with a positive attitude and good work ethic
