Looking for a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join a fun and fast paced office - enjoy working with a great staff, competitive pay and generous incentive plan and benefits.

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4pm Friday: 8am - 1pm

Pay Starting at $27/Hour (Plus Monthly Bonus Incentives)

1 Hour Appointments (7 patients per day M-Th and 5 patients on Fridays)

Responsibilities:

Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking dental x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care
Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and ensuring patient comfort
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary
Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Alabama
Prefer at least 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including taking dental x-rays and using CAD software
Familiarity with dental office software such as Eaglesoft or Epic for patient record management
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
Ability to use aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection
Experience with medical imaging equipment is a plus
