This wage range reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

Ideal Candidate:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility) Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment 3 plus years professional clinical experience required
