We are a family dental practice with three doctors currently operating three offices in Nashua, NH; Hudson, NH; and Burlington, MA with room for growth and future partnership. We are currently looking to fill a full-time dental associate position with the potential for partnership in our Nashua office. Our office is unique and we love our culture. We are looking for a talented dentist with an incredible work ethic who genuinely loves people. We truly like each other- we serve each other- and our patients benefit from the fact that we value each team member's gifts as we treat our patients with joy. Growth is awesome, but we believe in work/life balance. We have a large patient base and it is time to hire a colleague who will help us achieve our vision while making sure family always comes first. Our practice also has the latest technology!

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in performing root canal therapy and dental extractions.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating strong leadership skills when necessary.

Compensation:

Commission pay: 32% of collections
$700/day guaranteed base pay, however, you should easily surpass that. We have current associates making over $300,000/year!
