About the Role: As an Associate Dentist, you’ll deliver comprehensive general dentistry with autonomy and support. Our fully staffed practice offers a steady flow of patients and the systems needed to help you focus on clinical care and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality general dentistry and treatment planning
Build trust and educate patients on their oral health
Collaborate with a strong clinical and administrative team
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records

What You’ll Bring:

DDS or DMD from an accredited university
Active Indiana dental license (or eligible for reciprocity)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Clinical confidence and a team-driven mindset

Compensation: Annual range: $150,000–$300,000 based on experience and production. Bonuses and ownership track available.
