⭐ What You’ll Do: ✅ Perform professional dental cleanings and preventive treatments ✅ Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures ✅ Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care ✅ Take and review x-rays and intraoral scans (iTero) ✅ Assist in treatment planning and case presentation ✅ Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in Eaglesoft ✅ Identify signs of oral disease and collaborate with the dentist on treatment plans ✅ Ensure all clinical areas are properly cleaned and maintained ✅ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina (required) ✔️ 1–2+ years of dental hygiene experience (preferred) ✔️ Experience with Eaglesoft (a bonus) ✔️ Strong knowledge of periodontal disease and treatment ✔️ Excellent patient communication and education skills ✔️ Proficient in taking x-rays and intraoral scans (iTero experience a plus) ✔️ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills ✔️ Positive and professional attitude with a team-focused mindset
