Who You Are

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
IV sedation certified (or willing to obtain)
Driven, coachable, and eager to lead with integrity and purpose
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but not required — the right attitude matters most
