Position Highlights:

Standard schedule: 4 days per week (part-time schedule considered, minimum 2 days/week)
Compensation: 32% of adjusted production
Typical earning potential: $220,000–$300,000+ annually
Immediate access to a busy patient schedule with strong new patient flow

Mentorship and collaboration with experienced doctors
Wide range of procedures (restorative, endodontics, surgical)

Ideal Candidate:

DDS/DMD with a current (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
Solid clinical skills; endodontic and surgical proficiency a plus
Professional, team-oriented, and patient-centered
Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
Interest in professional growth (future partnership optional, not required)
