Job Summary
We are seeking a Rental Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, writing rental contracts, providing excellent customer service, and managing rental inventory.

## Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage rental reservations and contracts
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Provide information on rental terms, conditions, and pricing
- Process payments and maintain accurate rental records
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure rental vehicles are clean and well-maintained
- Collaborate with the team to achieve rental sales goals
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in transportation rental customer service preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency in customer service
- Strong front desk and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of scooters or golf carts is a plus.
