Our office is BUSY and we hope to hire a fun-loving and passionate dentist to join our hardworking team to do a whole lot of high-quality dentistry.
Why are we looking for an Associate?:
- I purchased this practice in July of 2024 and growth has been exponential. We need a second dentist.
- Office sees >80 new patients a month and still not meeting the demand while pushing any additional new patients months on months out.
- Our continued growth is inevitable and we need more help and more space to meet the demand.
How an associate would help us:
- Allow us to meet the new patient and dental treatment demand our office has.
- Expand specialty procedures we do not currently offer such as endodontics (not required).
- Shorten the wait time for our current patients.
- Reduce workload of a single provider covering such a high volume of patients.
What we expect from an Associate:
- Easy-going. We all deal with enough drama with patients and in our lives. Our staff is amazing and we want someone that can come in, put on a smile, make patients comfortable, have fun, and do some great dentistry.
- Great communication skills.
- Great hand skills.
- That's.... kinda it. Be passionate about your work.
What we do NOT expect from our Associate:
- Doing hygiene procedures - if you want to fine (maybe), but I have not done a prophy since dental school and I do not expect you to either. We have amazing hygienists that are much better than both of us taking care of that.
- Take procedures I do not want to do. You will not be doing a day full of Class II restorations while I have a day full of crowns. We want you to be happy and successful. Unhappy associate = Unhappy Ryan.
- See all the kids. Kids are funny and I like working with them. The previous owner didn't see many kids, so although the number is growing, it's very rare to see a child on the schedule.
- Be on call. We see patient's Mon-Thurs 8-5. I'll come in on some Fridays off for big cases, but there is no after hour or weekend on call.
What we offer our future associate:
- A genuinely fun work environment.
- Mentorship.
- Busy/productive schedule.
- 401K match up to 5%.
- Health/Vision insurance.
- Personal and professional growth opportunities.
- Daily guarantee/ 35% collections.
- Daily guarantee based on experience and negotiable at anytime if you're meeting your personal production goals. Lowest I'd ever offer is $700/day for a new grad.
- 35% collection "bonus" paid quarterly.
- Daily guarantee gets you a solid paycheck every two weeks. Then every quarter the collections will be calculated. Example: If 35% collections are $60K for that quarter and you were already paid $40K from your daily guarantee during that time, you'll get an additional $20K.
- If we collect money from the previous quarter that didn't make it to your your first quarterly "bonus", this amount is added to the next "bonus".
- You're getting paid 35% of collections, but the daily guarantee makes sure you're consistently getting paid while we wait for collections to come in.
- You will meet your goals. I will make sure of it.
