Small, female-owned general practice seeking full-time hygienist in the Walnut Hill neighborhood in Petersburg, Virginia. This fee-for-service practice consists of one dentist, one assistant, one cross-trained front desk employee, and a wonderful and loyal patient base. The office is open Monday through Thursday. The current staff has been working together for 11 years, and the office atmosphere is fun, drama-free, and very team-oriented. Ample time is given for each re-care and new patient appointment in order to provide the best patient care in a competent and friendly manner. We want our hygienist to be thorough and trustworthy in their assessment and treatment of the patient (with no treatment planning quotas or 'upselling' required).
