license to practice dental hygiene in Texas. We rely heavily upon hygienists to
make the patient experience something wonderful. They do this by being
efficient and quick, yet warm and friendly. A thorough understanding of
restorative procedures including crowns, fillings, root canals, extractions,
and diagnostics will be needed. Being familiar with Open Dental is a big plus.
In addition to technical skills, a hygienist must be compassionate, articulate
and fun to work with. Therefore, a great personality is a must.
