Associate Dentist - Central Florida
This is your opportunity to be in the right place at the right time!
Beautiful, thriving, high technology office with an amazing team is looking to replace our 5-year associate who is moving out of the state. Our practice has been in business for 20 years and is highly regarded with over 1,000 online 5-star reviews. We are privately owned and 100% FFS (no PPO's or HMO's).
Our advanced technology includes two CBCT machines, two Trios scanners, Sprint Ray 3D Printing System, Zoom Whitening, T-scan Occlusal Analysis System, Osstell Implant Stability Testing System, BioPAK, Wand Dental Anesthetic Delivery Systems, and much more! Patients are 'wowed' by what we have to offer.
We provide production-based pay with exceptional earning potential. Our departing associate's net production in 2024 was over $1 million while working a four-days per week schedule. For your 'peace of mind', we also guarantee that your first-year pay will be at least equal to $800 times the number of days that you work during the first year. Our generous compensation package also includes employer matching contributions for our SIMPLE IRA Plan and an employer contribution for our Health Insurance Plan. Please note that your compensation system is production-based rather than collections-based giving you more income for the work that you have done.
Our work hours are 'Family Friendly' with no evenings or weekends. One of the aspects of the position that has benefited our team members is that the owner of the practice has transitioned from treating patients to mentoring and coaching of our team. He is always available to answer your questions or provide a second opinion when you would like one.
Our office is located in Bushnell, FL and is approximately 1-hour north of Tampa along Interstate 75. Our office is also located about 1-hour northwest of Orlando using the Florida Turnpike. Bushnell is also only minutes from The Villages, FL which is one of the fastest growing communities in the country.
The individual chosen for this opportunity must currently have a valid dental license in the State of Florida and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a dentist after graduation from dental school is preferred.
