Matanzas Dental Group is hiring a part time Dental Hygienist (RDH) within in a commutable distance from the surrounding areas, Jacksonville, Palatka, Palm Coast, and St. Augustine.
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:45am - 5pm with scheduled lunch from 12pm- 1pm
Drs. Gregory and Isabell Oxford of Matanzas Dental Group (Formerly Oxford Dental Associates) in St. Augustine, FL, are seeking an additional RDH with availability to work 2-3 days per week or on a Per Diem (PRN) basis at our practice. This position offers highly competitive salary and with production component to maximize your earning potential .

We are a multidisciplinary practice with Dr Greg Oxford, Periodontist, two General Dentists, and two Hygienists.

Responsibilities:
Screening patients during check-ups
Reviewing patient's history
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
Conduct screenings
Assist patients with oral hygiene
Qualifications:
Required to have completed US Dental Hygiene Program
Active Florida Hygienist license
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
