Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, performing a variety of
treatments and procedures to maintain or improve oral health. The ideal candidate will have strong
clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous education
and professional growth.
Technology on site: Formlabs and Sprintray 3d Printers, Multiple Implant systems, X-Guide dynamic implant navigation, Trios 5 and Medit i700 Intra-oral scanners, Micronmapper Photogrammetry, Platelet rich fibrin.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
● Provide a full range of dental services, including restorative, endodontic, periodontic,
prosthetic, and surgical procedures.
● Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options.
● Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans.
● Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.
● Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to ensure high-quality
patient care.
● Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of
the team.
● Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional
development.
Qualifications:
● DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
● Current state dental license in good standing.
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in general dentistry (new graduates may be considered).
● Proficiency in using dental technology and software (e.g., digital radiography, electronic
health records).
● Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
