Description
Job Summary:
We seek an Associate Dentist to join our Houston office. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to take ownership of their work.
Responsibilities:
Perform general dental procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, all extractions, and all root canals.
*Experience with dental implants and basic orthodontist procedures are a PLUS! and we can discuss this compensation during our interview.
Diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Work collaboratively with dental assistants, Managers, and front office staff to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Texas dental license in good standing.
Medicaid credentialing (preferred ).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
