Resolute Dental Partners, a doctor-owned and doctor-led family of practices, is seeking an ambitious General Dentist to join one of our high-performing, technology-driven practices with an established patient base and strong reputation for clinical excellence.

What We Offer:

Guaranteed base salary: $200,000 for the first year
Earning potential: $250,000 - $400,000+ annually
32% of net production + incentives
Defined 3-year pathway to partnership with equity ownership at the practice level

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Proven production of $700,000+ annually
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Interest in leadership and practice growth
CEREC experience or willingness to learn
Additional skills like Invisalign or Endodontics are a plus
