We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled
Super GP
to join our growing, high-performing
private practice
at Pleasant Smiles Dental in Mount Pleasant, TX.

This opportunity is designed for a clinician who already practices
advanced general dentistry at a high level
and is confident managing comprehensive cases independently, while continuing to refine and elevate their skill set in a mentorship-driven environment.
This is not an entry-level associate role.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and motivated to practice dentistry at the highest standard.
Compensation & Benefits
$1,200/day minimum guarantee
30% of adjusted production
(whichever is higher)
Expected earnings:
$250,000–$350,000+
$5,000 sign-on bonus
$2,000 annual CE stipend

What You’ll Do
Deliver comprehensive, relationship-based general dentistry in a high-producing private practice
Perform
molar endodontics
confidently and efficiently
Place
dental implants
with consistency and strong case acceptance
Perform
surgical extractions
, including wisdom teeth
Practice in a
sedation-focused environment
(experience strongly preferred; mentorship available)
Collaborate with a dedicated, well-trained team that supports efficiency, case flow, and patient experience
Continue to grow clinically through mentorship, advanced cases, and leadership development opportunities
