Royal Oaks Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a full-time hygienist, Monday through Thursday! Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Part-Time or Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, ensuring their comfort, and promoting overall oral health. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to contributing to a positive team Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, periodontal scaling, and polishing teeth
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, periodontal analysis..
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining oral health.
Assist with patient management and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans as necessary.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
Stay current with industry best practices, cutting-edge technology and continuing education.
Qualifications:
Active dental hygiene license in Tennessee.
Local Anesthesia certification preferred.
Dentrix experienced preferred, but not required.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and oral health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the practice.
