We are seeking a full or part time registered dental hygienist. Our modern dental office opened fall of 2020. We believe in offering patients options and solutions to their dental needs. We are a multi-specialty practice that provides all aspects of dental care. Dental Hygienist should be comfortable conversing with people & performing prophylaxis/srp. Familiarity with Open dental would be a plus. Our ideal hire is looking to treat patients in a kindly manner and wants to be apart of the ride as we continue to grow.
Our office is up to date on all the latest technology making life easier on every staff member & patient. Whether it be the dual TV's in each suite, noise-cancelling headphones, CBCT, online scheduling, or paperless health history forms that can be completed @ home prior to patient appointments... everything is in order to make day-day operations smooth on everyone. Our plan is to change how the patient perceives the entire dental experience.
Pay is competitive & we are willing to entertain various pay structures (we want our employees happy... our current ones are). Example: hourly, hourly + commission, or straight commission. Straight commission would be paid out @ higher percentage rate.
Licensed Dental Hygienist
At least 2 years experience in a practice (preferably private)
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Engaging personality with high EQ and ability to easily learn new ideas & concepts and apply them to the role of the Dental Hygienist in the practice
