Location: SMYL Dentistry – The Heights, Houston, TX
Position: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday (1-2 Fridays a month 8-1pm)
Compensation: $48–$52/hr + production bonuses

🦷 What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet patients with a big SMYL 😄
• Deliver top-notch care: prophy, SRP, debridement, oral cancer screenings, etc.
• Take X-rays, intraoral photos, and Medit scans (nightguards, retainers, trays, etc.)
• Co-diagnose alongside our doctor to educate and empower patients
• Keep your op squeaky clean and stocked
• Pitch in wherever needed (we’re all about teamwork!)
• Help make awesome content for socials — yes, fun is part of the job!
🧠What We’re Looking For
• Licensed RDH in Texas
• Laser certified preferred — or willing to get certified with us
• New grads welcome!
• Rockstar attitude: friendly, confident, proactive, and a true team player
• Someone who’s gentle and thorough, detail-driven, and great with patient education
