What We’re Looking For
Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing
Passionate about patient care and preventive dentistry
A natural problem solver who looks for solutions to improve patient outcomes
Process-driven and comfortable following established clinical protocols while contributing ideas to improve them
Excellent communication skills with patients, teammates, and leadership
Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including assessments, scaling, polishing, and patient education
Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences and continuity of care
Educate patients on oral health and the connection to overall health
Contribute to practice improvement through problem-solving and process feedback
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
