Compensation is 30% of Net Production. There is a $700 daily guarantee.

Associate doctors are offered an ample CE stipend yearly to grow their skills as a clinician and a leader in the practice. As the owner doctor, I have a vast knowledge of the business of dentistry and would love to mentor associates if they have that similar interest.
We enjoy spending time outside of the office as a team. This past year we were able to go on a cruise to the Caribbean. We have multiple staff outings throughout the year like ax throwing, renting a pontoon to go out on the lake, dinners, and other team building events. We also support our local community and attend many of the events hosted by the town of Wake Forest such as Meet in the Street and STEM events.
