St. Mary’s Dental is a steadily growing, primarily fee for service practice. We have been serving our community with the highest standard of dentistry for the last 30 years and are happily looking to add an excited, inspired associate dentist to our expanding practice. ● Compensation
○ 30-35% of collections (generally $150,000-$250,000 for a full time schedule), commensurate with experience
■ Our practice has clearly defined financial systems in place to make sure that the practice AND YOU get paid. We believe in transparency: you should know how things are billed and how you are paid. That being said you will have a daily report to check procedures that have been billed under your name. And before each payday, you will have a report that shows how your paid amount was calculated.
○ Onboarding daily guarantee of $750-1000 and commensurate with experience.
○ This is a contracted position because we believe that the relationship should be a win-win for everyone with clearly understood terms.

■ St. Mary’s Dental is a modern private practice with 6 treatment rooms, a consult room, and still has room to expand. Our practice has the latest in digital technology including CAD/CAM, CBCT, and digital radiography. The associate who joins us will soon find out that there is an abundance of exciting and challenging dentistry to do here!
● Schedule
○ What hours/days: The office is open Monday-Friday with no nights and no weekends
○ Ft/Pt? Minimum of 3 days per week
○ Flexible? Yes, we can discuss a schedule between 3 and 5 working days during the week.
● Procedures:
○ What procedures will they be expected to do?
■ We perform all aspects of general dentistry and have specialists we can refer to if needed.
