Most Associate Jobs SUCK
Ours doesn’t. We are an incredible private practice that is growing and growing quickly. We just finished our 9 operatories last spring and we will need more help. In the next few months, we will hire an associate that can run an office, perform exceptional dentistry and will add value to our patients doing operative dentistry, molar root canals, crown and bridge, and extractions.
Specialty dentistry is a plus for this associate along with being able to work independently. Lots of opportunities to be compensated well. We want the best for our patients. We accept many PPOs. We do great dentistry and our patients reward us with their referrals of friends, family, and coworkers.

We are currently looking for an associate for three days a week, as well as to help cover a maternity leave at 5 days a week, then return to three days per week. The doctors are very busy and will be happy to have more space to get an associate busy quickly. We average over 60 new patients a month.
