We are seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our 100% privately owned, non-corporate dental office located in West Tampa. Our practice is small, friendly, and relationship-focused, with many lifelong patients who trust us for honest, straightforward care.
We offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment where your clinical judgment is respected and the patient’s needs come first. No pushy sales tactics. No production quotas. Just quality dentistry, delivered with integrity.
Position Details:
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Part-time (specific days can be discussed during the interview)
Paid working interview
What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida RDH license
Certified in local anesthesia
At least 1 year of clinical hygiene experience preferred
Candidates trained within the United States are strongly preferred
Comfortable building rapport with patients of all ages
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a low-stress environment
