About the Role
You’ll deliver high-quality general dentistry with clinical independence. Our centralized services manage scheduling, billing, staffing, and patient financing—so you can focus fully on care and relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care with autonomy
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients
- Maintain detailed, compliant patient records
- Use advanced technology including scanners and AI
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive clinical team
What You’ll Bring
- Active Utah dental license
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred

Compensation
Production-based earnings: 27–33% of collections, based on experience and procedure mix.
