About You
- You are enthusiastic about the practice of dental hygiene, and seek out ways to learn and grow
- You want to be a part of a collaborative team that help and support each other
- You are comfortable speaking to patients, doctors, and staff
- You are interested in getting to know your patients, and listening to their needs
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and oral cancer screenings.
- Take and record radiographic images.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
- Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
- Administer fluoride treatments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
- Compassionate patient centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to commute to Bellevue, WA
The ideal candidate will have:
-One year’s experience (flexible, based on work ethic and learning aptitude)
-current WA RDH certificate
-Dentrix Ascend experience
-Strong work ethic
-Genuine professionalism
Schedule
The position is for 4 days per week, 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00-75 per hour
Expected hours: 28-32 hours per week
