Pediatric Dentist – Lakeland, FL
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist to join our amazing team in Lakeland, FL! Our practice is known for its supportive, family-like environment where we provide exceptional care to the children and young adults in our community.
We are part of a growing organization supporting dental practices across nine states — with a strong focus on pediatric dentistry, alongside some general and orthodontic services. We are staying true to our mission: growing the right way, with the right people. We are proud to be different from many DSOs — placing a strong emphasis on culture, quality, and community care rather than just numbers.
We live by our core values and mission statement, always putting our patients (whom we call 'guests') first and supporting our teams to provide outstanding clinical care. If you are a dedicated, compassionate provider who loves working with children and young adults, we'd love to hear from you!
