Awesome Smiles is a newly renovated, privately owned dental practice dedicated to delivering top-tier care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Led by Dr. Tracy Provenghi, our team is passionate about treating patients of all ages and creating beautiful, healthy smiles.
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist who thrives in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative team with a loyal patient base and access to advanced dental technology including CEREC, digital sensors, intraoral cameras, and more.
What You'll Do:
• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, restorative treatments, and preventive services
• Perform extractions, root canals, crowns, and other general procedures
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and manage treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records using digital platforms (Dentrix & Dexis)
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Adhere to all clinical and ethical standards set by state and federal law
What We’re Looking For:
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Texas dental license and current malpractice insurance
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dentrix and Dexis experience preferred
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
• Endodontics (especially molars)
• Oral surgery, including third molar extractions and bone grafting
• Periodontal surgery experience
• Implant placement and restoration
• Orthodontic experience
