A new, innovative membership-based Fee-for-Service (FFS) practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist (5+ years) to deliver the highest quality clinical care and guide clinical operations. We're bringing the concierge experience into the dental world, and searching for the right practitioner. This role is ideal for a confident, well-spoken clinician who prioritizes high-quality care and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities.

- Practice in planning stages – expected launch October 2025, initial part-time role with rapid growth into a full-time position.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of clinical experience (mentorship not provided for general dentistry).
- Passion for high-quality patient care and ethical dentistry.
- Strong chairside manner and communication skills.
- Experience with ortho/aligners is a big plus.
- Experience with esthetic/cosmetic dentistry is a big plus.
- Comfort with hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
- Interest in business/operations mentorship (optional).
Compensation & Benefits:
- 33% of collections
- Guaranteed base of $800 per day
- Bonus for membership growth
- Bonus for patient satisfaction (metrics TBD)
