The Blue Ridge Free Dental Clinic is seeking a Dentist for its well-regarded nonprofit free dental clinic in the Western North Carolina mountains. Being a part of our Clinic will allow for a direct impact into the lives of people who need it most.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits package, flexible scheduling, and a supportive and collaborative work environment. We are open to interviewing candidates who wish to work 2-5 days per week.
The Dentist position may evolve into a Dental Director position, allowing you to expand your role at our Clinic and expand your impact in our oral health community.
Practice management, financial oversight, and administrative functions are typically the responsibility of the dentist(s) in a private practice setting. At our Clinic, administrative functions are divided among the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Board of Directors—not the Dentist!
