Pay: From $44/hr, but will pay based on experience and skills with opportunities for bonus and/or commission structure.

Who we need:
The ideal candidate is friendly, optimistic, professional (but still fun!), and an independent problem-solver; experienced with electronic charting (we use Curve on Mac computers); committed to long-term patient relationships; awesome with kids and adults alike.
What you'll do:
Specific job responsibilities include all the basics you already know about, plus diagnosing and educating patients on periodontal disease, taking intra-oral pictures, assisting with scheduling recare appointments, maintaining supply inventory & instrumentation, other help as necessary to make the office flow smoothly (team player!).

Answers to FAQ's:
We schedule 90 minutes for new patient appointments, 60 minutes for established patients, 30 minutes for child appointments, and adjust as needed for specific patient circumstances.
No, you won't have to work out of multiple rooms (at least not very often). You'll have your own room to set up to your preferences.
There may be a waiting period for some benefits, but that's all negotiable for the right candidate.
Our small team includes 3 hygienists (including you), 1 EFDA, 1 doctor, 1 admin and the doctor's 6 kids who visit frequently. ;) While we may expand the admin team, we really like being small and intend to keep it that way for now!
Our hours are Monday 8-5, Tuesday 7:30-5, Wednesday 7:30-5, Thursday 7:30-5; no weekends, holidays or on-call hours in normal circumstances.
We are a general dental office treating patients 0-107 (or older if anyone can beat that!).
Yes, new/recent grads are welcome to apply!
No, we don't require employees to clock out if/when patients cancel or there are voids in the schedule, but we do appreciate them continuing to use that time on the clock in other efficient ways.
Uniforms and PPE are all provided; you are responsible for your own loops.
