Clinical Scope & Growth Opportunities
As our associate, you’ll be expected to perform core procedures such as restorations, crowns, veneers, simple root canals, and extractions.
For those looking to expand their clinical skills, we offer mentorship and training in advanced procedures including:
- Complex extractions
- Advanced endodontics
- Dental implants
- Socket preservation & Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR)
- PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
- All-on-4/6 full-arch implant restorations and placements
- 3D printing & digital workflows
- IV sedation (with medical anesthesiologist supervision)

Full-Time Work Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- Daily compensation of $800–$1,000 depending on experience. Hourly pay provided during the first 3 months while insurance credentialing is in process.
- Pay based on 30% of work collection after three months of employment
- Bi-weekly payment schedule
