Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Dentist with 1-3 years of experience (preferred but not required) to join our team. This role offers significant treatment autonomy, allowing you to practice dentistry your way while collaborating with our orthodontic and pediatric specialists. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art, chartless environment, treating a diverse patient base, primarily older children transitioning to adult dentition. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive general dental care to older children with adult teeth, including restorative, preventive, and diagnostic services.
• Collaborate with our pediatric and orthodontic teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate, chartless documentation using our advanced practice management software.
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent in Western Pennsylvania:
• Daily Minimum Guarantee: $700-$800 per day (industry standard for Western PA).
• OR
• Percentage of Collections: 30-35% of collections (whichever is higher), aligning with regional benchmarks for general dentists.
• Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses for exceeding production goals, recognizing your contributions to our growing practice.

Qualifications:
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
