We’re hiring a full time or part time dental hygienist who can help us provide incredible dental care to each of our patients! You’ll conduct preliminary dental exams, help dentists with examinations and procedures, and perform thorough dental cleanings so patients walk out with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who loves to care for people and is highly attuned to detail.
Office hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm
Fridays - 8am to 1pm (by appointment)
Responsibilities
Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible
Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination
Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patient’s oral health history for the dentist
Provide post-operative health education to patients so they can take practice good dental care at home after procedures
Remove plaque and apply fluoride or other sealants to prevent cavities and tooth decay
Qualifications
Possesses a state license to practice dental hygiene
Superb customer service and communication skills
