Full-time or part-time positions available
We are a well-established cosmetic and family dental practice serving the Charlotte area for over 70 years. Our reputation for providing exceptional care and our commitment to patient satisfaction set us apart in the dental community. As a fee-for-service practice, we focus on delivering personalized treatment options tailored to each individual. Our team has a remarkable history of longevity, with many members having stayed with us for years, and we are excited to welcome a new dental hygienist to our family!
In this role, you will be an integral part of our single-doctor practice, where you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients in a friendly and fun work environment. We emphasize a relaxed atmosphere that fosters teamwork and collaboration, making it enjoyable to come to work every day.
Key responsibilities will include performing thorough cleanings, conducting patient assessments, providing oral health education, and assisting in the creation of customized treatment plans. You will see one patient at a time, spending at least 60 minutes with recall patients and 90 minutes with new patients, which allows you to focus on delivering the highest quality of care.
We value the health and safety of our team and patients, providing comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks and level 3 masks and nitrile gloves, to ensure a safe working environment.
To thrive in this position, you should possess excellent clinical skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base. We are looking for candidates with 1-3+ years of experience; however, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
As part of our dental family, you will enjoy a highly competitive hourly rate plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, allowances for uniforms, continuing education, licensure, 401k with matching, and insurance allowance.
If you are a motivated, skilled dental hygienist, eager to contribute to a legacy of outstanding care, we would love to hear from you! Join us in making a positive impact on our patients' lives every day.
Full time position preferred. However, part-time and temporary candidates also welcome.
