Mon: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tues: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wed: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thurs: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 1 hour lunch break.

Full Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) Employment Benefits:
Highly Competitive Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 Hourly based on experience and skills or an adjusted production compensation model at 35 percent

Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
Reviewing patient's history and charting
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Support the dentist with procedures as needed
Qualifications:
Active Maryland Hygienist license required
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred, new grads are welcome!
Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
Experience with dental practice software
