A schedule that makes sense—we prioritize quality over quantity. You’ll have time to breathe, build relationships, and do your best work. We currently run 50-minute prophy's, but willing to change to 1 hour for the right candidate.

Flexible hours—full-time or part-time options. We need someone four days a week, but willing to divide 3 days with one candidate and 1 day with another or 2 and 2.
