Salary Range: $120,000 – $300,000 (Based on Employment Status, Experience, & Production)

Who are we looking for as an Associate:
• A charismatic, friendly, kind individual that is patient focused.
• A dedicated dentist looking to make a meaningful impact in a well-established, growth-oriented practice
• Deliver high quality comprehensive dental care in a PPO and FFS office, with a focus on quality, comfort, and lasting patient relationships
• Caring chairside manner and excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate.

• Possession of natural leadership qualities .
• An ownership mentality with a desire to be a future practice owner.
Requirements to join our team:
• An active Colorado dental and DEA licenses in good standing
• BLS, OSHA, HIPAA certifications
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, new graduate considered with exceptional recommendations and skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Active Malpractice Insurance and a tail coverage policy for any prior employment.
• Laser Certification (preferred).
• Invisalign (other clear aligner) Certification (preferred)
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
o Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
o Requires ability to occasionally lift 25lbs+
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Base salary + 90-day salary guarantee (Total potential: $120,000 – $300,000)
