We are a privately owned dental practice located near North Richland Hills, Texas. We are an inviting office that strives to treat our patients like family. We are a detail-oriented office seeking a PART TIME Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.
We seek an eager, enthusiastic and experienced Dental Hygienist who excels in:
Patient communication & education
Removal of hard and soft deposits from teeth
Examination of oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease
Record dental histories and documentation of periodontal & restorative conditions
Supporting the Dentist to instruct and educate patients on oral hygiene and wellness, preventive dental care, TMJ
Taking digital x-rays and applying fluoride/sealants
Our Dental Hygiene Requirements include:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from ADA accredited dental hygiene school
Current state licensure
HIPAA, OSHA & CPR Certified
Certified in Nitrous Oxide Administration (and/or Sedation) (OPTIONAL)
Minimum 2 years clinical dental office experience (REQUIRED)
Our office allows 60 minutes for prophies, bitewings and exams, and 90 minutes for new patient exam, radiographs and prophy (if applicable). 1.5 - 2 hrs for SRPs.
Patient care hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
2 days a week
Job Type: Part Time
Salary: $45.00 - 56.00 per hour depending on experience
