This fully digital, 9-operatory practice serves only PPO and FFS patients, sees over 60 new patients per month, and is backed by two experienced owner doctors. With strong mentorship, CE sponsorship, and an equity pathway, this role is built for long-term growth.

About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide a full range of general dentistry procedures to new and existing patients
- Educate patients, build treatment plans, and foster long-term relationships
- Maintain smooth daily operations with a collaborative team
- Keep accurate and compliant records
- Participate in CE and leadership development
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Indiana dental license (or eligibility to obtain)

Compensation
Tiered production-based model. Expected earnings between $200,000 and $350,000+. Includes CE sponsorship and equity track after 1 year.
