Responsibilities

Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures

Diagnose and treat oral health conditions with a patient-first approach

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

Valid Arizona dental license and current malpractice insurance
