We treat everyone from nervous first-time patients to our seasoned silver-haired veterans, and all ages in between. Come help us build something special and change the world one smile at a time!
What We’re Looking For:
A caring, energetic, and motivated dentist who’s ready to join a team that’s more family than co-worker. If you’ve got 1-2 years of experience (private practice or AEGD/GPR), fantastic! But if you’re a fresh graduate, we’ve got your back—mentorship is our middle name (well, not really, but you get it).
The Perks:
- Earn $250k+ in your first year while doing actual dentistry (none of that “selling” stuff here—just good, honest care)!
- $650 daily minimum for your first 3 months
- Mentorship to help you level-up your skills and become the dental rock star you were born to be.
- 4 day work week - Great family life balance, Monday -Thursday 8-5. No weekends or extended hours!
The Requirements:
- NC Dental License: The more experience the better, but we also pride ourselves on mentoring.
- Passion for people: We want someone who prides themselves on caring for the team and their patients!
