Owner doctor would like to partner with someone in existing facility. Eventually, you can branch out into your own enterprise if you want to, after building patient base for a year or two.
The existing practice is a pediatric office. We also see a lot of teenagers, have some 25-26 year olds; lots of established patients (3000 plus patients). There are no orthodontists in town and patients want orthodontist in-house. The building next door that doctor owns is just sitting. Once you build up your patients, you can move into your own space there if interested.

Compensation:
- Guaranteed per-diem for the first 3-6 months: $1,300-$1500/day
