We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our general dentistry practice located in the vibrant Buckhead area. Our practice specializes in restorative dentistry, implants, oral surgery, and sedation dentistry.
As a key member of our clinical team, the successful candidate will work closely with our Dentist to deliver exceptional patient care and enhance our patients' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including patient medical history review and intraoral examinations.
- Provide regular cleanings, scaling, and root planning to maintain optimal oral health for our patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in identifying and addressing periodontal issues, offering support and recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Valid dental hygienist license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental setting, with a focus on general dentistry and familiarity with specialties such as periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
