We are a private, fee-for-service dental practice in Park Cities specializing in cosmetic restorations, veneers, dental implants, and clear aligner orthodontics. Our mission is to deliver elevated dental care in a serene, high-end setting—and we’re growing.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with 3–5 years of experience who is:
Confident chairside, to perform routine and deep cleanings with precision and care
Detail-oriented, efficient, and professional when educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative techniques
Maintain accurate patient records using digital software
Eager to grow clinically and personally within a progressive, patient-centered practice
A team player who brings positivity, integrity, and energy to the workplace
Passionate about creating a world-class patient experience
Schedule:
4 days per week (Tues–Fri 8 AM to 4 PM) Full workdays in a well-structured, efficient schedule — no weekends!

Preferred Qualifications:
Current Texas RDH license (in good standing)
Minimum 3 years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
Familiarity with LBR and updated periodontal therapy education.
Digital dentistry experience (iTero, Trios, digital x-rays)
Experience with Open Dental is a plus but not required.
Open to coaching, learning, and evolving with a fast-growing practice.
