What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Prioritize comprehensive exams, periodontal education, and early intervention.
Be skilled or enthusiastic about cosmetic dentistry and smile-enhancing solutions.
Be Invisalign certified or trained in another clear-aligner system (preferred but not required).
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and inspire excellence within the clinical team.
Be highly motivated to help grow the practice, build patient relationships, and contribute to the long-term vision.
Deliver exceptional communication and patient education, creating trust and long-term loyalty.
Thrive in a modern, digital, tech-forward environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Current DEA registration
Strong diagnostic, restorative, and treatment-planning capabilities
Proficiency in basic surgical procedures
Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing continuing education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Invisalign® certification or other clear-aligner experience
Strong foundation in diagnosing and managing periodontal disease
Experience with cosmetic restorative procedures (veneers, bonding, whitening, etc.)
