The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a clinician who is confident, collaborative, and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Be well-versed in all general dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventative care
• Hold Invisalign certification and have experience providing clear aligner therapy
• Possess a strong periodontal philosophy, emphasizing patient education, soft tissue management, and periodontal therapy
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and clinical growth
Position Details
• Part-Time (2–3 days/week) to start, with the opportunity for full-time based on fit and growth
• Competitive compensation structure (daily minimum or % of production, based on experience)
